Genetic Screening Service
1.All the genetic tests offered are for screening purpose and do not provide diagnosis, or treatment. A positive test result does not represent the final diagnosis, consultation from professional doctor or genetic counsellor for further diagnosis is recommended. A negative test result cannot completely exclude the possibility of the disease due to individual differences among subjects and technical limitations.
2. The results are for informational use and therefore false positive and false negative results cannot be excluded.
3. Test results are specific to the tested sample and should be always be interpreted by a qualified professional in the context of clinical and familial data.
4. Bumi Genomics Innovation is not responsible for the discontinuation of the testing service and the inaccurate results due to incorrect information provided or other misleading factors.
Payment, Cancellation, Refund and Sampling Kit Replacement
5. Full payment has to be made before product delivery. The different payment options are available on the Bumi Genomics Innovation website
6.Cancellations may be made by sending email to [email protected] or WhatsApp 011-3662 6005. Strictly no refund if your order has been shipped.
7.In order to receive a refund for your cancellation, you must provide the order number to customer service representative upon request.
8.Your refund will be credited to the bank account/credit card (subjected to your payment method) used for purchasing. Please allow a reasonable time for the credit to reach you.
9.Should you require a replacement sampling kit, you may send a request email to [email protected] or WhatsApp 011-3662 6005. You will be charged RM??? per sampling kit.
Order Processing, Shipment and Delivery
10. Products will be shipped within 1-3 working days after order confirmation.
11. Orders placed on the weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next working day.
12. Bumi Genomics Innovation shall not be held accountable for any delay, damage or loss occurred during the shipping process.
